Sarah is accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers and has a background in psychosocial disability, team leadership, and NDIS Support Coordination.

She takes a gentle, holistic, solutions-focused approach, and believes the individual is the expert on their recovery journey.

Sarah is interested in brief modalities and birth, post-partum and end of life transitions.

Mitchell is a community worker with experience in recovery navigation, mental health support, psychoeducation, and nature engagement.

His practice draws from lived experience, systemic inquiry, and nature-based wellbeing frameworks.

​​

Mitchell is also a veteran, an ecologist, and is currently undertaking postgraduate research into collaborative problem-solving approaches in complex social-ecological systems.
