What is recovery?

Recovery is different for everyone. We will support your recovery journey by getting to know you first and understanding what recovery means to you. This will involve exploring your goals, priorities, strengths, resources, and barriers to assist you to develop a recovery map.

What is a recovery map?

Your recovery map is your personalised guide to your recovery journey. It specifies your priorities, resources, needs, and plans to reach your recovery goals. We aim to be allies on your recovery journey by supporting you to develop your recovery skills and follow your recovery map.

What will my recovery journey be like?

You are in control of your recovery journey. We will support you to work towards your recovery goals, navigate the mental health system, find and engage providers, and plan for and manage any crises. We will also help to build your capacity to live well.

What if my support needs change?

We know that mental health issues can be episodic. Our services can be adjusted to meet your changing needs, reducing support when things are going well, and getting extra support when you need it. We can negotiate weekend and after hours support as part of a crisis plan.

How are we unique?
